Made fresh daily. José’s original house salsa and freshly made tortilla chips with house seasoning.
SERRANO SHRIMP
Ten crispy shrimp tossed in a spicy sauce and served over a bed of rice and lettuce.
CHICKEN WINGS
Eight jumbo wings tossed in your choice of house-made flavors. Smoky chipotle BBQ, classic buffalo, garlic parmesan, Nashville hot, or sweet Thai chili. Prefer them dry? Try our house-made Lemon Pepper rub. Served with a side of blue cheese or buttermilk ranch. Select one wing sauce and a dipping sauce. Extra sauce is .50 each.
THE TRIO
Choose any three of our dips. José’s original house salsa, guacamole, queso, spinach artichoke, Mexican street corn or jalapeño cheddar. Served with just made tortilla chips.
LOADED FRIES
Seasoned French fries loaded with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, bacon + scallions. Served with house made buttermilk ranch dressing. Add seasoned ground beef or chicken.
BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Crispy sprouts tossed with bacon, brown sugar, and a balsamic glaze. Topped with pumpkin seeds. Served with sriracha aioli.
GUACAMOLE FRESH!

QUESO
A warm blend of our house-made creamy queso with fresh jalapeños, cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Served with warm tortillas. (Request corn tortillas for GF).
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER
Sautéed and tossed in buffalo sauce, served with pepper strips and ranch.
JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR DIP
A warm, creamy cheese dip blended with fresh jalapeños. Served with tortilla chips.
CHEESE CURDS
Fresh, squeaky Wisconsin-style cheese curds, lightly battered and fried until golden brown. Served with buttermilk ranch for dipping.
SPINACH + ARTICHOKE DIP
A warm blend of fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and a blend of spices. Served with house-made tortilla chips.
MEXICAN STREET CORN
Sweet corn, chipotle mayo, Parmesan cheese, and José's salt.
CHEDDAR STUFFED PRETZELS
Two jumbo soft pretzels stuffed with spicy white cheddar and served with jalapeño cheddar dip.
PIEROGI
A Babushka favorite. Six house- made potato and cheese-stuffed pierogi. Served with herbed crema.
NACHOS
A heap of chips piled high with seasoned taco meat, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, jalapeños, scallions, pico and guacamole. Served with sour cream and salsa.
